When we asked @yellowstonecoffeeroasters if they wanted to keg cold brew for our nitro tap the immediate answer was "Heck ya! . . . We've never done it but we'll figure it out!" Really appreciate working with small regional companies who are scrappy! We reached out to Claude at @trazzafoods after our resident plant baser Emilee told us how delicious and nutritious it was. Traditional Lebanese style with no added oil letting the chickpeas and sesame do the heavy lifting. Logistics were dicey but he kept following up even on the weekend. Then I read the bio and found out he gave up big corporate airline life because he wanted more time with his family. Deal done!
