1/2 lb Chickpea (Garbanzo Flour)
27 oz Water
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup(ish) Olive Oil

General Directions
The key is a little advanced planning, but not a ton and really passive planning. Before you go to work or whatever, mix the chickpea flour and water and just leave it on the counter. 3ish hours probably a minimum but it could even be the night before.
When you are getting ready to bake, add the olive oil.
Then dress kind of like you are making a pizza or focaccia.
Traditionally probably thinner, but I made this one thicker using a cake or brownie style pan and it worked just fine.
Pour a layer of batter in your lined pan, dress as you'd like.
400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Looks good. I'm interested in making it. One question, is the water measured by weight or volume?
