Romanesco Sauce



If you know our Natasha, she can be a little saucy . . . oops I mean silly . . . oops I mean sassy . . . OK all of the abovešŸ˜ . She is the Queen of super healthy bowls and her and Angelica rock this Romanesco style sauce.


Red and green peppers, fresh tomatoes, garlic, leeks, green onion, red onion (honestly optional, clear out the veg drawer) Drizzle of olive oil and in the oven at 375 for about 30 (we like it to still have some crunch). Roasted almonds then in the food processor with fresh cilantro and a splash of red wine vinegar.


BUT we feel the happy healthy budget hero household game changer . . . It becomes the base for the dressings in some of our bowls (choose either traditional or plant based yogurt and mixorama) Thank you šŸŒ for such deliciousness!
